lekana is in pilot. We are taking businesses onto the platform one at a time, free for six weeks, so we can see how the reconciliation holds up against real operations.
What this is.
The reconciliation engine works. The pilot business has been running on it for six months. What we need now is a wider set of businesses, with different banks, different volumes, different ways of working, so the platform is ready when we open it up.
That is the pilot. We onboard one business at a time. We stay close. We learn what breaks, what surprises us, and what your numbers tell us once everything is matched.

- Load a real business onto the platform. One site or many. Your real fuel data. Your real bank statements.
- Capture your before. What does reconciliation cost you today? Time, leakage, confidence in the numbers. We help you measure it.
- Run for the full six weeks. Two weeks onboarding, four weeks running.
- Tell us what you find. The good, the broken, the surprising.
- Let us use the results. With your name and brand if you are happy. Anonymised if you would rather. Your call.

- Your data stays yours. Always. During, after, whatever you decide.

Sitting on top of all that is the reason lekana exists. The time saved. The leakage surfaced. The patterns that only show up once the reconciliation has run. We cannot promise your numbers will look like the pilot business's. We can promise the work will be done, the data will be yours, and whatever the platform finds, you see first.
Six weeks per business.
We commit six weeks to every business we take. Two weeks to onboard you properly. Four weeks running, so the before-and-after is real.
Weeks 1-2 · Onboarding
We get your fuel data flowing in. We get your bank statements flowing in. We capture your before - the time you currently spend reconciling, the leakage you suspect, the gaps in confidence. We sit with you. We do not rush this part.
Weeks 3-6 · Running
lekana runs against your real operation. Card, cash and debtor matching. Every transaction matched, confirmed or sent to investigate. You see what we see. We talk every week.
End of week 6 · The after
We measure again. Same questions, new numbers. The delta is the point. Whatever it tells us, we share it with you first, and only with anyone else with your permission.
We onboard one business at a time.
The pilot is open while we are still learning. We stay close to each business through onboarding and the four weeks running, which puts a natural limit on how many we can take at once.
When we have what we need, we close it.
One site or many.
We want businesses of different shapes in the pilot. A single-site business and a five-site group stress the platform differently, and we want to learn from both.
