The upgrade. Insights.
Once everything matches, the data has more to tell you.
Reconciliation answers a question you already ask. Insights answers the questions you didn't know to ask. Three reports live today. Two more are on the way.
Insights sits on top of Reconciliation. It is the same data, asked different questions.
The Insights tab.
All reports, one place.
Report 01
Reconciliation overview.
The whole period on one page. Fuel sales by type. Bank transactions by bank. Match rate as a clear bar.
The figures your accountant asks for, in the order they ask for them. No spreadsheet acrobatics. No copy-paste. Download it as a PDF or hand it over straight from the screen.
Report 02
Attendants.
Who is consistent. Who is slipping. The shortfall, allocated to the people who handled the transactions.
Total sales per attendant, matched amount, unmatched amount, declined transactions and the calibration error contribution. The pump calibration error is split out separately because that is not the attendant's fault. The rest is.
Report 03
Declined card transactions.
Every declined card, grouped by card number. The system flags the patterns that matter.
Repeated decline attempts in a short window. Late-night declines on the same card. Cards that decline and then mysteriously recover. The fraud patterns that hide in a transaction log become visible the moment the data is grouped properly.
On the way.
